MCHG is a collection of distinctive restaurants rooted in Monte-Carlo, heart of the Principality of Monaco. Our goal is to make our costumers live through a hospitality warm as the summer breeze of the Côte d’Azur.

Pioneer to the MCHG group, the renowned Rampoldi restaurant was opened in 1946 and became an institution in Monte-Carlo’s luxurious jet set. Appointed Executive Patron Chef of Rampoldi in 2016, chef Antonio Salvatore gave new lifeblood to the well-established brand.

Since its arrival in Monte-Carlo, in fact, he opened under the MCHG label La Table d’Antonio Salvatore, a fine dining restaurant awarded with the Michelin star. The historical connections between the Principality of Monaco and New York, started and strengthened by Princess Grace of Monaco, made the Big Apple the obvious destination to firstly expand Rampoldi’s footprint abroad.

In 2021, the group opened Casa Limone, an informal Italian restaurant with Southern roots and New York influences. MCHG acquired from Laundry’s Group the well-known and historic Atlantic Grill and re-opened it in 2021. Beloved by New Yorkers, it updates its menu by adding a Mediterranean hint to the freshness of Atlantic Ocean fish.

The latest challenge for both Chef Antonio Salvatore and the group is Rampoldi New York which mirrors its forefather restaurant in Monaco in the interior design, the menu and, particularly, the atmosphere.
