Rampoldi conquers the United States of America. By opening a twin restaurant under the renowned label, Antonio Salvatore aims to recreate the Monaco fine dining experience in a global metropolis with a pivotal significance in the luxury market.

The interior of Rampoldi New York replicates entirely the style of its sibling location in Monte- Carlo. You’ll be able to find the recognizable and iconic marbles, the mirror arches, and the Murano-glass chandeliers. Nevertheless, you not only will be familiar with the spaces, but also with the menu. Every dish is elevated into a masterpiece, and it’s infused with love and innovation both in Monte-Carlo and in New York.

The creativity of Antonio Salvatore is fully expressed in his side project: La Table. The restaurant is located in the former basement of Rampoldi, which used to be its Cigar Cave. Brace yourself for a culinary journey where each dish is a creation meant to intertwine Monaco’s old money style with contemporary shapes and intense fragrances.

Opened in September 2020, after 4 months only, it received the prestigious accolade of the Michelin Star, marking an important goal in the distinguished career of Antonio Salvatore.
